The knife is built around a 2 in stainless steel spear point blade, a straightforward combination for regular cutting chores. A satin blade finish gives it a simple, traditional appearance. The serrated edge is useful when the material calls for more bite than a plain edge.

The knife uses a black kraton handle, keeping the handle setup simple and easy to understand. Full tang construction carries the blade steel through the handle. For carry, the knife includes a secure-ex sheath.
