The Victron Orion-TR DC-DC Converter (12 VDC to 12 VDC, 9A, Isolated) features a remote on/off terminal, eliminating the need for a high current switch in the input wiring. It is designed for boaters who want this remote on/off operated with a low power switch, such as an engine run/stop switch.

All models are short circuit proof and can be paralleled to increase output current, with an unlimited number of units connectable in parallel. Output current reduces at high ambient temperatures for thermal protection, rated IP43 when installed with screw terminals oriented downward, using simple screw terminals requiring no special tools.
