Scout 8-Foot Black VHF Antenna, 6dB Stainless Ferrule

The Scout KS-42 Black Edition, an 8-foot black VHF antenna with 6dB gain and a stainless ferrule, comes from Scout's 30th anniversary Black Edition line, styled to match a black hull, a gray boat, or metal and aluminum finishes better than a standard white antenna would.

Underneath that styling, this antenna carries all the same performance as Scout's standard KS-42, a heavy-duty 1.5mm fiberglass whip fully foam injected for a genuine IP69 waterproof rating, mounted on a chrome brass ferrule with a standard 1" x 14 thread. A 5-meter run of MIL-spec coax and the connector needed to hook it up both come in the box, so nothing extra needs sourcing.

6dB gain, 8' length, complete with 5m of RG-58 cable and the connector needed to finish the install. 156-162 MHz, 50 ohm impedance, 50W max power input. Black.
