Description

The Scout KS-22, a 5-foot black VHF antenna with 3dB gain and a nylon ferrule, is a marine communication classic, and this version brings that long-standing standard together with Scout's patented 100% waterproof foam injection.

A 1.4mm-thick fiberglass whip is fully foam injected for real waterproof integrity, finished in ice white with a high-gloss anti-UV coating that keeps the color from fading over years in the sun. A 5-meter length of MIL-spec coax and the fitting to connect it both ship in the box, covering everything needed to finish the install.

3dB gain, 5' length, ships with a 5m run of RG-58 cable and the connector to finish the install. 156-162 MHz, 50 ohm impedance, 50W max power input. Black.
