Scout 8-Foot QuickFit Black VHF Antenna with Cable

The Scout 8-Foot QuickFit Black VHF Antenna with Cable is the Quick 6 from Scout's QuickFit line of ready-to-install marine antennas. Its coax comes with the connectors already fitted, so there is nothing to crimp or solder and no special tools to buy. Anyone can install it, even without wiring experience.

The antenna ends in an FME connection, and the included 5 m (about 16 ft) coax plugs straight into it. The small FME end fits through tight cable holes and conduit, and the antenna is easy to remove for storage or trailering. Inside are solid brass and copper elements, and Scout seals the whole body so water cannot get in.

QuickFit antennas mount on a deck, rail or mast, and Scout makes a wide range of QuickFit mounts to suit almost any boat. At 8 ft, it is a good height for center consoles, cruisers and sportfish boats that need long-range VHF. Each antenna is built in Italy under certified production. Other antennas are in our marine antennas section.
