Marinco 15A-to-30A Shore Power Pigtail Adapter

The Marinco 105SPP 15A-to-30A Pigtail Adapter connects 15A equipment to a 30A 125V marine source, with an LED power indicator and sealing collar.

This adapter runs the opposite direction from the 15A-to-50A version, feeding a 15A load from a 30A pedestal rather than a 50A boat from a household outlet. The dock side is a 30A 125V locking male plug and the load side is a 15A 125V female connection, so it converts a marina pedestal into something ordinary equipment can use.

Connected equipment still has to stay within the 15A rating despite the 30A source behind it. The adapter does not protect the load at 15 amps, so plugging in something that draws more relies on the equipment's own protection.

The molded pigtail format reduces strain compared with a rigid adapter when the pedestal or inlet orientation is awkward.
