The Jabsco 2-9/16 in 10-Blade Neoprene Impeller Kit is a flexible replacement impeller for compatible engine-cooling, bilge, transfer, and general-purpose pumps. This version uses ten neoprene blades around a brass spline-drive insert and is built for the larger 2 in shaft specification listed for the kit.

Jabsco recommends replacing flexible impellers at least once each year, or sooner where engine duty is severe. A worn or damaged impeller can reduce pump output and contribute to cooling problems, so condition should be checked during regular maintenance.

For replacement, remove the pump end cover and pull the impeller by the hub with a proper impeller tool or suitable pliers rather than prying against the pump body. Grease the new impeller before installation to ease it into the bore and protect the blades during initial priming.
