Description
The black Faria Beede Chesapeake 5 in tachometer reads to 6000 RPM for gas inboard engines and has a built-in hourmeter. The black dial suits dark dashboards and matches other Chesapeake Black gauges. A polished stainless bezel and domed glass lens finish the look.
It reads engine speed from ignition, alternator, signal generator, or magnetic pickup pulses. Wiring needs three connections: 12V, ground, and signal. A selector switch on the back sets the number of pulses per revolution for your engine.
