Description
The Digital Yacht GPS160 TriNav Sensor, SeaTalk Bundle, tracks position using three separate satellite constellations at once, GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo, combining all three for stronger accuracy and real redundancy rather than depending on any single system.
The sensor can be field-programmed for different modes, including running on a single constellation only if a specific application calls for it, and output settings like update rate and NMEA sentence structure are adjustable too. This particular bundle sets the GPS160 with a SeaTalk interface for straightforward integration into Raymarine's legacy instrument network. Beyond position data, the GPS160 also accepts an external MOB switch; activating it generates a synthesized MOB alert broadcast the same way an AIS SART would, letting a connected plotter drop a marker at the exact spot someone went over.
NMEA 0183 output, programmable baud rate (4800, 38400, 115200).
Look through the rest of our marine networking.
- TriNav technology combines GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo simultaneously
- Field-programmable modes and output configuration
- SeaTalk interface bundled for legacy instrument integration
- External MOB switch support with synthesized AIS SART alert

- Connectivity:
- NMEA 0183
