The C. Sherman Johnson Toe Rail Folding Cleat adds a movable midship tie-off point to compatible aluminum toe rails. It can be repositioned where a spring line, fender line, or temporary deck lead is most useful without installing a permanent cleat through the deck. The folding design lets the horns move out of the way when the cleat is not needed, reducing obstruction along the rail. A silicone rubber pad sits between the assembly and the toe rail to protect the rail surface and help prevent rattling.

The cleat uses a substantial 3/8 in diameter form for strength while remaining compact enough to live on the toe rail.
