Blue Sea 8377 DC 16 Position Circuit Breaker Panel

The Blue Sea Systems 8377 is a 16-position DC panel running 12 or 24V at up to 100A, with ten 15A breakers and white switches fitted.

Sixteen positions with ten filled leaves six open, which is the deliberate margin for what a boat picks up over the following seasons. Buying a panel exactly sized to today's circuit list is how owners end up with a second panel on the bulkhead two years later.

Versions ordered with analog meters can be moved up to 24 volts later using the 8240 or 8243 units, and the meter section reads across as many as three battery banks through a toggle switch. That keeps the panel serviceable through a repower rather than replacing it when system voltage changes.

All positive, negative and grounding buses are installed and the panel arrives pre-wired, with backlit label positions and an ON indicating LED on every circuit. The body is 1/8 inch 5052 aluminum in two-part polyurethane over MIL-C-5541C immersion undercoating, in industry standard dimensions with instructions, a template and 30 large format labels.
