Blue Sea 8101 ELCI GFCI Panel - 5 Position

The Blue Sea Systems 8101 has a 30A double-pole ELCI main and five branch positions, measuring 7.50 by 5.25 by 3.50 inches at 2.25 pounds.

Five circuits covers what most mid-size boats actually run on shore power: charger, outlets, water heater and one or two spare. That is the useful step up from the two-position 8102, in the same compact housing and for boats where the AC list has grown past a couple of circuits.

The main is a residual current breaker tripping at 30 mA of leakage, giving overcurrent and leakage protection to ABYC E-11. In a marina every hull on the dock shares a ground, and leakage is the fault an ordinary breaker will sit through indefinitely without noticing.

A red reverse polarity LED warns of badly wired dock power before circuits are energized. Label positions are backlit and ON indicating LEDs are fitted in the circuit positions, keeping status readable in poor light. Nominal voltage is 120V AC. Explore more marine electrical panels.
