Balmar Pulley Kit for Volvo D2-55 A Through F

The Balmar AltMount Serpentine Pulley Conversion Kit lets a Volvo Penta D2-55 engine, across the A through F variants, switch over to a serpentine belt system. It replaces the factory V-belt setup those engines shipped with.

The kit includes three ten-groove J10 pulleys and two J10 serpentine belts at 44 inches circumference, with one belt held as a spare. All the mounting hardware needed to complete the conversion is included too.

If the alternator being installed alongside this kit is an AT-200A, a longer belt length may be required. It's worth confirming the alternator model before assuming the included belts will fit. Explore more marine alternators.
