The Victron Smart BatteryProtect (48V, 100A) disconnects the battery from non-essential loads before it's completely discharged or before it has insufficient power left to crank the engine. It is designed for boaters who want Bluetooth programming to set required engage/disengage levels.

Alternatively, one of nine predefined engage/disengage levels can be set with the programming pin, and Bluetooth can be disabled if needed. This is a unidirectional device, handling current in only one direction, either to a load or from a charger, but not both simultaneously, with current flowing only from the IN terminal to the OUT terminal.
