The Victron Smart BatteryProtect 100A works on 12V or 24V with automatic voltage detection, programmable by Bluetooth or nine presets.
A hundred amps is the smaller Smart BatteryProtect against the 220A version, and sizing follows the load circuit rather than the bank. Only the loads passing through the device need covering, so a unit sized for the whole bank is usually larger and more expensive than the job requires.
It can also serve as a remotely controlled system switch alongside its protection function. That removes a separate switch from the installation, since the same device can isolate the circuit on command.
