Victron BlueSmart IP67 12V 25A Battery Charger

The Victron Blue Smart IP67 is a 12V 25A charger with electronics encapsulated in resin inside a cast-aluminum housing.

IP67 with resin-encapsulated electronics is what allows this charger into an engine room, where water, dirt, oil and vibration are all normal. The IP22 chargers cannot go there. Resin encapsulation means there is no air space inside for condensation to form and corrode the board, which is how an unsealed charger fails in a damp space.

The adaptive five-stage process runs bulk, absorption, recondition, float and storage, adjusting to battery condition. Storage mode reduces long-term float voltage when the battery is unused, limiting gassing and plate corrosion, with periodic voltage increases against sulfation and electrolyte stratification.

It supports LiFePO4 batteries with an appropriate charge profile as well as lead-acid chemistries. Built-in Bluetooth allows monitoring of voltage and current, setting adjustments and firmware updates through VictronConnect without physical access. Explore more battery chargers.
