The Victron Blue Smart IP22 is a 24V 12A single-bank charger with Bluetooth, for dry protected locations.

The NIGHT and LOW settings are worth knowing about, since they solve a problem most chargers ignore. Both reduce output current: NIGHT for quieter operation when the boat is being slept on, LOW where a smaller battery or reduced charging demand makes full output unnecessary.

The adaptive six-stage process runs test, bulk, absorption, recondition, float and storage, tailoring charging to battery condition and usage. Storage mode reduces long-term float voltage after extended periods without discharge, limiting gassing and corrosion on a boat left connected all winter.

It can recover deeply discharged batteries under supported conditions, which a simpler charger will refuse to attempt. High efficiency keeps heat generation low, and output reduces at elevated temperature rather than the charger shutting down. This is the 24V 12A version in an IP22 dry-mount enclosure.
