The Victron Blue Smart IP22 is a 12V 15A three-bank charger with Bluetooth, for dry protected installations.

Fifteen amps across three banks is the modest end of the multi-bank range, suiting a boat with several small banks rather than one large house bank. Starting, house and auxiliary batteries on a smaller boat all get maintained from one charger and one shore connection, which is the arrangement this is sized for.

Where a large house bank needs returning overnight, the 30A version does that job and this one will not. Matching total charger output to total bank capacity matters more than the number of outputs.

The adaptive six-stage process runs test, bulk, absorption, recondition, float and storage, with storage mode reducing long-term float voltage when batteries stay unused.
