The Roper Pink Sky Peanut has 1065 carbon steel clip and spey blades in a pink bone handle with stainless bolsters and an inlay shield, closing to 2.75 inches.

The peanut is one of the smallest two-blade traditional patterns still made, and at 2.75 inches closed it sits alongside keys without being noticed. Pink bone is rare on a traditional knife, where the category runs to ambers, browns and greens, and being dyed natural material it takes the color unevenly so the grain shows through.

The clip blade takes general cutting while the spey's flat edge and rounded tip handle scraping without a point to puncture. 1065 carbon steel takes a keener edge than stainless and comes back faster on a stone, developing a patina that contrasts against a pale handle.
