The QSP Canary has a 2.75-inch 14C28N Sandvik stainless blade, a Tiffany blue G10 handle, a thumb stud, a lanyard hole and a pocket clip, closing to 3.75 inches on the Glyde Lock.

The Glyde Lock is QSP's crossbar mechanism, a spring-loaded bar that drops across the blade tang and pulls back from either side. It works the same in either hand and lets the blade close without fingers crossing its path. 14C28N is a Sandvik stainless developed alongside knifemakers rather than borrowed from industry. It resists corrosion, takes a fine edge and sharpens back easily, which is a rarer balance than it sounds.

Tiffany blue is an unusual color for a working folder, and G10 takes color through the material rather than on the surface, so it will not chip or fade. At 2.75 inches the blade sits under the length limit many places set for everyday carry. Explore more Folding Knives.
