The QSP Otter Blackout has a 2.75-inch 14C28N Sandvik blade in black stonewash, black G10 scales, closing to 3.88 inches with a liner lock, extended tang, lanyard hole and pocket clip.

14C28N is a Sandvik stainless developed alongside knifemakers rather than adapted from industry, resisting corrosion and taking a fine edge while sharpening back easily, which is rarer in this class than it sounds. Black stonewash means the blade arrives already textured, so the scratches any working knife collects disappear into the finish.
