The ProMariner ProSportHD 8 Gen 4 is an 8A two-bank onboard charger running on 120V.

Eight amps is the smallest output in the ProSportHD range, for boats with modest battery banks that need maintaining rather than heavy recovery. That suits a runabout, a small center console or a boat that spends more time on the trailer than on the water, where a large charger is money spent on capacity never used.

Distributed-On-Demand reallocates unused capacity toward the battery that still needs it, so a small charger makes better use of what it has. ProMar Digital Technology controls the charging process, and the tri-surface extruded heat sink cools across several faces without the bulk of epoxy-filled construction.

The expanded LED interface shows charge completion, operating mode, system condition, battery status, battery type and faults without separate test equipment.
