Description
The ProMariner ProSportHD 20 Gen 4 is a 20A two-bank onboard charger running on 120V, supplied with industrial-grade jacketed cables.
Two banks at 20A gives each battery more available current than the three-bank version at the same rating, which matters when both banks are drawn down after a day out. For a cranking battery and a single house or trolling bank, this is the right model rather than paying for an unused third output.
Distributed-On-Demand redirects unused output toward whichever battery still needs recovery rather than permanently dividing capacity between the two. ProMar Digital Technology oversees the charging sequence, and the tri-surface extruded heat sink keeps the unit substantially lighter than an epoxy-filled charger.
The expanded LED interface shows completion, charge mode, system check, battery status, battery type and fault information. Industrial-grade jacketed cables with molded strain reliefs are supplied, which is what stops a cable failing where it enters the housing. Explore more on-board battery chargers.
- Two banks, so each gets more of the 20A
