The ProMariner ProSportHD 20 Global Gen 4 is a 20A two-bank charger for 12V and 24V systems, using an IEC C14 AC connection with a C13 adapter cord required.

The IEC C14 inlet is the detail that defines this model. It takes the same detachable cord found on computers and instruments, so the charger works anywhere in the world once the right cord is fitted. It also means no cord is supplied. A C13 adapter cord has to be sourced separately, and the charger cannot be connected without one.

Global input covers 100-240V AC at 50 or 60Hz, so the same unit serves a boat in North America, Europe or anywhere between. ProMar Digital Technology runs fully automatic five-stage charging for flooded, AGM, HP AGM and gel batteries, with Distributed-On-Demand moving spare capacity to whichever bank still needs it.

A tri-surface heat sink increases cooling area while keeping the charger lighter than an epoxy-filled unit of the same output. The expanded LED display gives a fuel-gauge style completion indicator with charge mode, battery status and fault information, and Auto-Maintain cuts AC draw once charging finishes.
