ProMariner ProNauticP 1220P 20 Amp 3 Bank Battery Charger

The ProMariner ProNauticP 1220P is a 20A three-bank 12V charger on the ProMar Digital Performance Charging platform, with a remote temperature probe included.

Two things here are not on the other ProNautic models. A de-sulfation cycle runs during extended maintenance to recover reserve capacity from batteries left standing, which is what kills batteries over a winter. Dockside power mode is the other, allowing compatible DC lighting and appliances to run from the charger while the boat is on shore power rather than drawing down the batteries.

The charger calculates absorption time from actual battery condition rather than running a fixed timer, so a tired bank gets longer and a healthy one is not overcharged. Distributed-On-Demand sends unused capacity where it is needed instead of dividing output rigidly between banks.

Dual digital displays give real-time charging information, and diagnostics identify wiring problems or adverse battery conditions before they are hard to trace.
