At 4.63 inches closed this is a large traditional folder, longer shut than most pocket knives are open, which puts it in a coat pocket or a toolbag rather than trousers. Imperial built its name on affordable working knives out of Providence, Rhode Island, and the plain synthetic handle with a single shield is exactly that approach.
