First Watch AV-1000 XL/XXL Black Kayak Duty PFD

The First Watch AV-1000 is a kayak-style USCG Type III duty PFD in black, sized XL/XXL, with MOLLE webbing and a body cam patch.

Black in XL/XXL is the most commonly issued combination, and the larger size matters because a duty PFD has to fit over a belt, body armor or layered clothing rather than a shirt. Sizing to the wearer alone rather than to what they wear on the water is how a vest ends up unfastenable at the moment it is needed.
