First Watch AV-800 L/XL Black Flotation Vest

The First Watch AV-800 is a four-pocket USCG Type III flotation vest in black, sized L/XL.

Black in L/XL is the most commonly stocked combination, which makes it the default choice where a vest is being bought without a specific requirement. It suits crew work, tender operation and general boating where a hi-vis vest would be more conspicuous than the job calls for.

The AV-800 is built light with four pockets sized to hold real gear rather than token ones, which is what separates a working vest from a recreational one. Mesh organizers in the two lower pockets keep contents sorted instead of loose in the bottom, and a lash tab in the upper left takes small accessories.

A removable fleece-lined collar adds warmth with a ventilation port at its base to release heat when it builds.
