Description

The ESEE Zancudo has a 3-inch D2 tool steel drop point blade, a brown glass-reinforced nylon front handle with a steel back handle, a thumb stud and a pocket clip, closing to 4 inches on a frame lock.

Putting nylon on the front and steel on the back is how a frame lock gets built cheaply. Only the lock slab needs to be metal, so the show side can be light polymer without changing how the lock works. ESEE backs its knives with a no-questions replacement policy, which is unusual on a folder at this price.

D2 holds a working edge far longer than the budget stainless usual at this price, and it needs to be dried after it gets wet. At 4 inches closed the Zancudo sits flat in a pocket, and the drop point covers general cutting without a specialty. Explore more Framelock Knives.

  • Nylon front, steel back: a frame lock built cheaply
  • Only the lock slab needs to be metal
  • Backed by ESEE's no-questions replacement policy
