EGIS 24V 100A Auxiliary Contact Contactor

For remotely controlled high-current loads, the EGIS 24V 100A Auxiliary Contact Contactor provides a sealed switching point without requiring long runs of heavy battery cable to a manual switch. The hermetically sealed contact chamber is built to exclude dust and moisture, while the auxiliary contacts allow the control system to verify whether the main contacts are open or closed.

The 24V-control model accepts a 16 to 28VDC operating control range. Its sealed housing carries IP67/IP69K ratings, and ignition protection is listed to ISO 8846 / UL 1500 for use in compartments where explosive gases may be present. Reinforced mounting holes and stainless self-locking hardware support a secure, corrosion-resistant installation.

Switching endurance is specified at 6,000 cycles at 100A/350V and 100,000 cycles at 100A/14V. The contactor can interrupt a locked-starter fault up to 1,250A at 14VDC and is rated for an operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C. EGIS includes a 4-year manufacturer warranty.
