EGIS 100A 87 Series Panel-Mount Circuit Breaker

The EGIS 100A 87 Series Panel-Mount Circuit Breaker is built for DC wiring that needs a high-current protective device integrated into a control panel. Automatic trip protection addresses overloads and short circuits, while the manual ON/OFF function makes it possible to disconnect the circuit without adding a separate switch.

Electrical capability extends across 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48VDC systems. The IP66 enclosure protects against dust and water, while the switching mechanism is rated for 2,000 full-current cycles. For fault interruption, the breaker is rated at 5,000A at 14VDC and 3,000A at 28VDC. The round body is intended for a circular panel opening.

Breaker position is visible through the high-contrast ON/OFF control. The connection hardware uses stainless steel with serrated flange nuts to help resist corrosion and loosening from vibration. High-temperature materials support demanding installation locations, and the USA-made breaker carries a 4-year manufacturer warranty.
