Description

The CJRB Acacia has a 3.25-inch stonewashed AR-RPM9 blade with a blue glass-reinforced nylon handle and a crossbar lock, opened by thumb pull.

A crossbar lock is a spring-loaded bar that drops across the blade tang, pulled back from either side to release. It is fully ambidextrous and lets the knife close without fingers crossing the blade path. AR-RPM9 is Artisan's powder steel, pressed from steel powder rather than cast, which gives a finer and more even grain than a conventional steel of the same recipe and makes sharpening more predictable. Glass-reinforced nylon keeps the weight down noticeably against G10 or steel, so the knife has lightly for its size.

Stonewashing leaves the blade already textured, so the scratches any working knife collects blend into the finish instead of standing out against a polish. Explore more Folding Knives.
