The C.E. Smith 15° Stainless Flush Mount Swivel Holder is an 80 Series swivel rod holder with a 15° tube angle, 10.5 in length, and 1-7/8 in inside diameter. The swivel base is designed for bent-butt rod setups and allows the rod holder to rotate as the rod changes direction under load.
