The wide, low-profile cap keeps the mounting surface clean, while the holder fits a 2-9/16 in installation hole and uses a 1-7/8 in inner diameter with a 2-5/8 in outer tube diameter.

The swivel-bottom configuration allows the rod holder to turn with the rod while retaining the same low-profile cap design. A backing plate and installation nut are included, and installation requires C.E. Smith Model 53679 Installation Socket. Cap dimensions are 5-1/8 in long x 4-1/4 in wide, and tube length is 10 in.
