Blue Sea 8376 DC 13 Position Vertical Breaker Panel

The Blue Sea Systems 8376 is a 13-position DC panel in vertical layout, supplied with ten 15A single-pole breakers and white switches.

Vertical layout is the useful part. It fits a tall narrow space beside a companionway or in a locker where nothing wide will go. Most boats have more vertical bulkhead available than horizontal, and a wide panel often means giving up a locker or moving a fitting.

Ten breakers installed across thirteen positions leaves three spare for what gets added later. Versions with analog meters can be taken to 24 volts by the owner using the 8240 or 8243 meters, and metered panels read up to three battery banks through a toggle switch.

Buses are installed with the panel fully pre-wired, label positions backlit as standard and ON indicating LEDs in every position. The body is 1/8 inch 5052 aluminum in two-part polyurethane over MIL-C-5541C immersion undercoating, with countersunk mounting holes, industry standard dimensions, a template and 30 large format labels.
