Blue Sea 3117 SMS Panel Enclosure w/2 ELCI Breakers

The Blue Sea Systems 3117 is an SMS panel enclosure with two 30A ELCI breakers on 120V AC, measuring 6 by 6 by 4 inches.

ABYC E-11 calls for an ELCI main within 10 feet of the shore power inlet, and this enclosure exists to put one there. That location is usually a locker or a compartment rather than a finished panel space, and the housing is built for those conditions.

The stainless hinge pin pulls straight out so the cover comes off entirely, which matters where there is no room to swing it open. The clear cover overlaps the base rather than sitting flush, giving the oversized polyurethane gasket more to seal against, and breaker status reads through it without opening anything in the rain.

Blank apertures take Carling Technologies A and C Series flat rocker breakers alongside the ELCI mains, so it loads out to suit the boat. Two red reverse polarity and two green ON LEDs are fitted for 120V AC with label backlighting built in. Six waterproof glands, labels, mounting hardware and the manual are included.
