Description
The Blue Sea Systems 1499 360 Panel is a 120V AC GFCI dual outlet rated 20 amps, measuring 4.75 by 4.88 inches and just 1 inch deep.
A panel-mount format rather than a household outlet cut into a bulkhead is the point. It sits in the same 360 Panel cutout as the rest of the range. That means a consistent appearance alongside the AC and DC panels rather than a domestic faceplate screwed into the joinery.
Ground fault protection runs continuously with auto-monitoring, so the device keeps checking its own protection rather than assuming it still works. A GFCI that has failed silently looks identical to one that is working, which is exactly the problem auto-monitoring solves.
A status indicator reports power state, protection state, and line and load reversal, so wiring the device backwards during installation shows itself immediately. It is built for wet and damp locations with stainless hardware and UV stabilized plastics that resist going chalky and brittle after a season in the sun. Only 1 inch deep. Explore more marine electrical panels.
- Panel-mount, matching the rest of the 360 range
- Auto-monitoring keeps checking its own protection
- A silently failed GFCI looks identical to a working one
- Indicator flags line and load reversal at install
