The Blue Sea Systems 1522 360 Dual Bilge Pump Control Panel has two 10A restricted-off breakers and two SPST rocker switches for two 12V pumps.

Restricted-off breakers are the important part. They give 24-hour protection to the float switch circuits and cannot be casually switched off. A bilge pump on an ordinary panel switch is one absent-minded moment from being disabled, and nobody discovers it until the boat has water in it.

Each pump also has a manual override rocker with its own indicator, giving immediate confirmation when a pump is being run by hand. That manual LED also lights when the float switch has started the pump, so automatic activity is visible from the panel rather than invisible.
