ACR OLAS Float-On Smart Crew Overboard Light

The ACR OLAS Float-On packs a smart crew overboard system into something compact, a buoyant unit combining a water-triggered strobe with an LED flashlight. The strobe kicks on once its water sensors register 6 straight seconds of contact, flashing every second for up to 20 hours and reaching visibility out to 3 nautical miles.

Pair it with the ACR OLAS app, and if the virtual tether to the Float-On breaks, your phone sounds an alert within 8 seconds of the transmitter going missing. It then records where and when the incident happened using the phone's own GPS, and OLAS walks the crew through getting back to that exact spot with visual cues and bearing information.

A single phone or tablet can follow up to 6 separate OLAS transmitters at once, and any one transmitter can be watched by as many devices as you want. Need more coverage? The OLAS CORE Base Station or GUARDIAN System expands tracking up to 15 transmitters total. Everything OLAS logs, location and timing included, is exactly what rescue services need.
