The Wichard Lyf'Safe Jackline Kit is a 14-meter, 46-foot kit with an adjuster, reflective stripe and photoluminescent casings.

Fitting onto existing deck fastenings is what makes this practical on a boat that was not built with jacklines in mind. Padeyes, pulpit, pushpit and cleats all work as anchor points, so no dedicated hardware has to be through-bolted into the deck first.

The adjuster lets the length be tailored to the actual boat rather than leaving slack. A jackline with slack in it lets a crew member reach further outboard before the tether comes tight, which defeats part of the purpose.
