The Walther BUK has a 4-inch 440C stainless drop point blade in a black finish at 8.25 inches overall in a tan nylon handle, a lanyard hole and a tan molded plastic belt sheath.

440C was the benchmark stainless in production knives for decades and still holds up, with high chromium for corrosion resistance and enough carbon to take a fine edge that comes back without special abrasives. The drop point sits the tip below the spine line for control, with a long belly behind it for general cutting.
