The Viega MegaPress 316 Street Elbow turns 3/4 inch pipe through 90 degrees, with one press end and one spigot end.
A street elbow has a male spigot on one side instead of two sockets, so it plugs straight into another fitting without a short length of pipe between them. That saves a joint and a couple of inches, which is what makes tight assemblies possible where a standard elbow would need pipe it has no room for.
