The Viega MegaPress 316 2 in 90-degree street elbow makes a right-angle turn in 2 in stainless pipe with one press end and one fitting-size street end. The street end slides directly into another MegaPress fitting, which saves a short piece of pipe and a press. It is 316 stainless steel with FKM sealing elements.
MegaPress joins Schedule 5 through Schedule 40 stainless pipe without welding or threading. That avoids hot work in engine rooms and other tight spaces. Inside the press end, the FKM seal, grip ring, and separator ring combine to form a secure joint.
