Victron Argofet 100A 3-Battery Marine Isolator

The Victron Argofet 100-3 charges three separate banks from one alternator or single-output charger, dropping under 0.1V.

A hundred amps across three outputs suits a standard alternator rather than a high-output charging system. The 200A version is the one for a large alternator, and fitting the smaller unit behind it makes the isolator the limit on the whole system.

Three outputs suit a boat with starting, house and a third bank for a thruster, windlass or accessories. Each stays electrically separate, so a heavily discharged bank on one output cannot borrow from the others.

FET technology keeps voltage loss under 0.02V at low current and around 0.1V at higher current.
