VDO Reed Switch 800MM Tank Depth Fuel Sender

Built for tanks requiring a 800mm sender depth, the VDO Reed Switch Fuel Sender provides a vertical stainless-steel alternative to a conventional pivoting float arm. Its narrow tubular format can solve clearance problems in tanks where a sweeping arm would contact internal walls or baffles.

Fuel movement is moderated by the tube itself, so sloshing has less effect on the indicated level than it can with an exposed swing arm. The design also eliminates the side-to-side motion of a traditional arm and resistance card, reducing the number of moving wear components inside the tank.

The 800mm sender installs from above using the standard SAE 5-hole mounting pattern. VDO includes an ethanol-resistant Viton gasket as part of the sender construction along with a neoprene mounting gasket and the required installation hardware.
