The United Cutlery Undercover CIA Stinger has a 3.88-inch black oxide coated 3Cr13 stainless double edge dagger blade at 7.13 inches overall in one-piece construction, with a removable boot clip and a black nylon belt sheath.

One-piece construction means blade and handle are cut from a single piece of steel with no scales, no pins and no joint. Nothing can loosen and the whole knife is as thin as the stock it came from. That thinness is the point of the pattern. The removable boot clip lets it ride inside a boot or waistband where a scaled handle would print through clothing.

A dagger blade is sharpened on both sides and symmetrical around the centerline, which suits piercing but rules out thumb pressure on the spine.
