The Uniden UM725G Fixed Mount VHF Radio with GPS, White, builds on the standard UM725 by adding a integrated GPS receiver, so position data feeds straight into DSC calls without needing a separate GPS unit wired in alongside it.

WAAS, SBAS, and QZSS augmentation keep that built-in GPS accurate, and NMEA connectivity spans both 0183 and 2000, giving this radio real flexibility to talk to older and newer onboard electronics alike. Private text messaging carries over from the standard UM725 too, letting crew communicate boat-to-boat over marine channels rather than broadcasting openly.
