Description

The Uniden UM725G White Fixed Mount VHF Radio with GPS adds an integrated GPS receiver to the UM725 platform. WAAS, SBAS and QZSS augmentation improve accuracy, and your position feeds straight into DSC distress calls without a separate GPS. It is a 25 watt fixed mount radio with a white finish.

Private text messaging lets you text boat-to-boat with other capable radios instead of broadcasting to every boat nearby. It covers all USA, Canadian and International marine channels and is fully Class D DSC compliant to ITU-R 493-14, -15 and IEC 62238. The IPX8 rating means it can be submerged to 4.9 ft for 30 minutes with no water intrusion. NOAA weather channels and weather alerts keep you ahead of changing conditions.

The included speaker microphone has Up, Down, PTT and 16/9/TRI keys, so you can run the radio from the mic. An optional remote microphone adds a second station, and 1 or 25 watt transmit power lets you match output to the range you need. The 68 x 38 mm LCD is the largest in its class.
