Uniden Atlantis 275 Floating Handheld VHF Radio

The Uniden Atlantis 275 Floating Handheld VHF Radio puts 6 watts of power into a compact radio. It floats and is rated JIS8/IPX8, so it survives submersion to 4.9 ft for 30 minutes. It covers all USA, Canadian and International marine channels, including the 4-digit and Canadian B channels.

You can switch between 1, 2.5 and 6 watts, and a Power Boost PTT key jumps straight to full power. Dual and Triple Watch monitor up to two Coast Guard distress and hailing channels plus one working channel. NOAA weather channels sound a warning tone when a hazard alert is issued.

The 30 x 40 mm LCD is the largest in its class and has a white backlight for day and orange for night. A built-in flashlight and emergency strobe help at night, and a speaker vibration tone clears water from the speaker.
