Uflex UC128 Version 1 Hydraulic Steering Cylinder

The Uflex UC128 Version 1 is a front-mount hydraulic steering cylinder for single outboard engines, with the link arm on the starboard side. It is balanced, so the wheel takes the same number of turns from center to port as from center to starboard. It moves 120 cc (7.3 cu. in.) of fluid through its stroke.

The rod, seals, and links are stainless steel, the connection bolt is Uflex's stainless ULTRABOLT, and the end caps can be replaced. Adjustable boss fittings take 3/8-inch high-pressure hose, and DN5 quick-connect bleed fittings make bleeding faster. Uflex recommends it with UP25, UP28, UP33, and UP39 helms and does not recommend it above 55 mph (48 knots) on a single engine. The adjustable boss fittings also make hose routing easier on crowded transoms, and the replaceable end caps mean the cylinder can be resealed instead of replaced when it starts to weep.
