Description

This SI-TEX In-Hull Transducer is a dual frequency unit built specifically for the ES502 fishfinder, operating at both 50 kHz and 200 kHz to cover deep water and detailed near-bottom readings from a single transducer. Running two frequencies from one unit means an angler gets both broad depth coverage and finer detail without needing to mount and wire two separate transducers. That combination covers most fishing situations a boat owner will actually run into on the water.

Maximum power output is rated at 500 watts, giving the transducer enough punch to push a usable signal through the hull and into deep water. Beam angle runs 42 degrees at 50 kHz and narrows to 12 degrees at 200 kHz. That spread widens at the lower frequency for deep water coverage and narrows at the higher frequency for pinpoint detail closer to the boat.

The transducer mounts in-hull rather than through the hull, using an 8-pin plug and a 30-foot cable to reach the display. Because it's installed inside the hull rather than penetrating it, there's no thru-hull fitting to seal or maintain. That's a genuine advantage for a boat owner who'd rather avoid another hole below the waterline. Explore more marine transducers.

  • Dual frequency, 50/200 kHz
  • 500W max power
  • 42° beam at 50 kHz, 12° beam at 200 kHz
  • In-hull mount, no thru-hull penetration
